Highpoint’s team are experts in Unit4 Business World implementation, upgrades (Business World On!), and end-user training, offering a broad range of services from project management to consultancy. The Highpoint team provide outstanding service on a friendly level.
Ben was formally a Chartered Accountant with extensive project management experience prior to becoming involved with Unit4 Business World software. Ben led the search and selection for a new ERP solution for Buro Happold, a professional services company based in Bath. After Buro Happold, Ben went on to develop a proven track record in U4BW project delivery with excellent grasp of the product and its capability. Since forming Highpoint, Ben has attracted a team of similarly minded people with complementary skills and a desire to constantly learn and improve. Recently, Ben has been heavily involved in HR and Payroll implementations as a lead consultant, establishing a solid reputation in this area and working with Unit4 to develop implementation documentation and processes. Ben has been instrumental in the development of our training solutions and is always looking for new ways to improve the user experience and value added element of our courses. He has created the concept and draft courseware for our new familiarisation and build courses which we call QuickStart. Ben is a great team player and leader, has excellent communication skills, is a great listener and has a deep rooted understanding of what makes great a customer experience.
Tom’s previous career has included, Account Manager for the European Games, Supply Teacher and Managing a soccer (football) club in New Jersey. He is a keen traveller, and has travelled the world for six months, he then stopped in Australia for a while where he managed a Sports Centre in Perth. Tom likes to play football, cycle and also makes his own wine.
Tony is a highly experienced trainer with an international reputation for innovative training programme design and delivery.Tony holds a masters degree in management learning from Lancaster University, one of the world’s leading management schools and he is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Over the past 20 years, Tony has helped many organisations with the introduction of new business systems and the ‘management of change’ process that accompanies them. Working with internationally known companies like British Airways; British Gas; Cable; Wireless and IBM Tony has developed considerable skill in assisting organisations to develop their service delivery. Tony has also specialised in working with non-profit organisations including local authorities, health trusts, universities and charities where his enthusiasm and passion for learning and development has inspired literally thousands of people to embrace new systems and new ways of working.
Graeme joined Highpoint in August 2013 having been responsible for managing the rollout of Unit4 Business World across the Auto Trader Group. Coming from an accountancy background and having previously been involved with U4BW in a project based business. Graeme has a combination of skills across the Unit4 Business World modules and is now joining his colleagues in the HR & Payroll Arena.
Will has been with Highpoint since 2012. As Highpoint’s Training Developer, Will creates and develops the Unit4 Business World e-learning and also the amazing course documentation to go with our U4BW training courses. Will is quite the musician at heart and studied music at Sheffield University. His main talent lies with the piano and he is often away at weekends, performing at shows around the country (As well as sampling a pint or two).
Originally from Sweden, Eleonore moved to the UK in 2000. She first started working with Agresso in 1998 for Unit4. Since then she has worked for numerous companies successfully implementing their Agresso solutions. Eleonore has worked with Highpoint in 2012/2013 consulting for our clients Norwich University and Southwest Police to name a few. We are super excited to have Eleonore back on the team. Eleonore has two cats but says she is more of a dog person!
Previously Lauren worked at Manuli Packaging in procurement, finance and stock. Lauren is currently studying AAT level 2. Lauren is excited to be taking a new direction in her career and said working with Unit4 Business World and Highpoint was a natural career progression. Lauren is super knowledgeable and picking up the system super quickly and we believe she will make a great Consultant. In between Laurens already busy schedule with work and college, she enjoys catching up with friends and family.
Martin is an experienced Unit4 Business World user with over 8 years of experience. During this time, Martin has worked as an Accounts payable end user in Local Government on version 5.4 and as a System Administrator for 2 years in Higher Education. This involved the implementation of U4BW 5.5.1 for Accounts payable, Accounts Receivable, P2P, training on Smart Client and Self Service and on- going technical support. There were also 2 successful upgrades in his time there. Martin can assist implementation teams through the design, build and testing process, making sure pitfalls are avoided and the implementation is as efficient and cost- effective as possible. He has many years of experience as an end user, administrator and consultant.
Tracey has been with Highpoint since the very beginning. Tracey ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the Highpoint office. Tracey’s responsibilities within Highpoint cover HR and financial management functions, including invoicing and supplier management. Not only is Tracey very supportive to the Highpoint team but she is always the one to make the team laugh!
Previously Stu worked as a Digital and Content Marketer, freelancing for companies such as Elance, Greens Horticulture Ltd and the Prysm Group. Stu is excited to be taking a new direction in his career and said that the IT industry really interests him. Stu is a all round great guy and we think he will make a fantastic Agresso Consultant. Stu is another gardener on the team (perhaps Highpoint should set up an allotment), he also is a keen cyclist. Stu is a creative soul with his own art studio.
David is a passionate IT professional with many years experience of developing, delivering, supporting and managing all aspects of IT systems, solutions and projects for companies of all sizes. He has brought novel solutions to Highpoint’s clients to extend the delivery of training, in terms of distance and ongoing training materials. With the rapid growth in online and cloud services, David is looking for ways to innovate these to find new ways to deliver training and solve business challenges. David is a Chartered Member of the British Computer Society (CITP).
