Highpoint and Unit4 have been working together to create a new Super User Course designed specifically for Advanced Users / System Administrators to help them maintain and improve their Business World On! solution. Our new Super User Course is built upon previous training offered by Unit4 and Highpoint but has been revised, re-focussed and updated for Business World On! and is entirely consistent with the latest Unit4 implementation methodology.

What is it?

The New Super User Course:

  • Designed specifically for your advanced users/system administrators to help them maintain and improve your Business World On! solution.
  • It is entirely consistent with the latest Unit4 implementation methodology, including Value Accelerators.
  • Is classroom based (available as public or client courses), supported by eLearning content delivered using the Highpoint Knowledgebase.
  • The training database has been updated to Business World On! and is available via the Highpoint Cloud.

Who is it for?

Advanced Users: You have a detailed understanding of your business or functional area from an operational perspective. You may be a Business Analyst or have a management role. Super User: You have an understanding of the business or functional area and the information systems used to support them. You are a part of the implementation team and will be required to have an understanding of how Business World On! works from a functional perspective.

For new implementations, the courses will be sold by Unit4. However, the courses are also open to the public and the current schedule is provided below.
